I won a grooming alteration from Hlee during the Bacon Man Birthday Bash that I'm very excited about. Naohhi is the GM working that. We were told, however, that we have 30 days to get the work done. I thought about what I wanted, then realized I had several questions. I emailed those out to her, and I've not heard anything back yet.
I know the GMs do this on their personal time around their real lives and that it's a labor of love for them to do what they do, so I don't want to be too impatient. Still, since I don't know what's causing the delay in response, how do I make sure I don't get disqualified from having my alteration done? Is it enough that I've reached out with my questions?

When emailing about a voucher, please make sure to email dr-events@play.net with any correspondence.
Even if you are also corresponding with a GM directly about it, always add in this address as well. This way, no matter what GM might have originally set up to do the voucher, the Events Team is aware and you have a log of your attempts to contact and redeem the voucher regardless of anything that could happen with the GM in particular. This will cover you for the time limits on the voucher if anything unforeseen happens to the redeeming GM, or even if your original email just got lost in a spam filter or something!

As for why you haven't had a response... Naohhi tweeted last night that a whole lot of people waited until the last minute to submit their feature alterations from the last festival, so her inbox is quite swamped. She probably just hasn't got to your email yet.
