ReplyThis fest was double last years cost and I have yet to get an opportunity to obtain any merchant work, even as a premium. In all the years I've been playing DR this has never been the case. I have always maxed out my allotment of three. It is my sole reason that I buy a ticket as I don't need any more stuff. I know it is a matter of luck but when the odds are 50 to 1 at each session it is hard to get ones monies worth. I notice there are no alterers scheduled for the final days of the fest and I hope that some surprise merchants will slip in.

I hear your concerns about not personally getting alterations, but please don't give up or get too frustrated just yet.
We are just under half way through the festival in Prime. There are 11 more days left! Not all alteration sessions go up on the calendar or in FESTIVAL ahead of time, so please watch out for in game announcement and tweets. There will be many more chances at alterations before the fest is over, and the biggest sessions almost always tend to cluster more closely to the end of the fest than the beginning.

Will there be an alterations for those of us who have to work during the prime time hours? I have tweets set to notify me on my phone, and in game announcements set to play a sound in case I'm looking away for half a second in the clearing. So far Dindobeld is the only alterer who I've been able to attend and that's only because my PTSD kept me awake all night. It was still 50 to 1 odds at 6 am in the morning. Looking at the calender, I have no more opportunities to get work done, and all I really wanted was a single alteration. Nothing ever seems to happen between the hours of 10pm and 3am.
