<When information on the auction items is ready to go out, the GM in charge of that will provide it.

None of the items will bond immediately upon placing a winning bid. Some of the items will bond to the character that interacts with them in certain ways, including the shift toy/pets and the card dispenser. But those are less a 'bond' and more an 'owner identification' which can be undone and would then allow the item to be used by someone else.
