critter skin + oil + naphtha = fried rinds

throwing dagger + throwing dagger + throwing dagger = Heavy Thrown skill bonus (i.e., 3 light thrown = HT bonus)

and I'll throw in another one for free:

light thrown + light thrown = Light Thrown bonus
