Along with the release of these new items, there is an additional release to provide NEW perks for base crafting tool storage at crafting halls:
Everyone still has the base of 10.
Standard subscribers get a bonus 5, total of 15!
Premium subscribers get a bonus of 10, total of 20!

And for future planning as these items show up, the maximum permanent storage is 250, each. They increment separately.
