As a brand new service, the Spidersworn (owners of Accents for the Arachnophile) will bring an elder wildling spider to the Merchant Lounge in the Spider to create custom wildlace items. This is the only way to get a custom wildlace creation, as merchants cannot alter the coloring or pattern of wildlace without destroying it.
Because this process requires the wildling spider to commune with the client, Necromancers will not be permitted to join the list. This is because even the mere presence of a Necromancer can poison the wildling spider. (Necromancers are welcome to have someone else join the list in their stead, but the one who is actually on the list will be the one to commune with the wildling spider while the Necromancer waits outside.)
In order to create your item, the wildling spider will need a pattern of what you want that is made out of cloth. (This is the actual item that will be altered.) Examples of cloth items that work as patterns are articles of clothing, containers, blankets, caparisons, prayer mats, etc. (It must be something you can carry with you; the wildling spider does not work on home furniture.)
Wildlace is a delicate material, and as such, it is unsuitable for use on armor.
The wildling spider can work with cloth items that have special mechanics (provided the Spidersworn are sure the process won't break anything), but it won't change where anything is worn or add any new functionality; this is purely a cosmetic change.
This process will go more smoothly -- and the wildling spider will get to work with more clients -- if you come prepared with a design. (The Spidersworn are cultists, not fashion designers.)
The Spidersworn have also acquired a supply of Velakan pearls that they can add to your item at the following rates per pearl:
• murky grey: 10 plats
• dull pewter: 25 plats
• silvery: 35 plats
• reflective blue: 50 plats
• green: 60 plats
• dun yellow: 75 plats
• golden: 90 plats
• bright white: 100 plats
