Possible to open up a third table at Crown and Anchor?

Given the number of posts on the topic of Crown and Anchor, I'm going to try and summarize a response to all of them here.
How players interact with our new set of games at Hollow Eve this year is something that we're watching and learning from. Initially Crown and Anchor launched with a single room. That was later expanded to a second room, but beyond that we're at the limits of what can be done for Crown and Anchor without shutting down the festival area (something that's not likely to happen until after the Hollow Eve festival closes).
We understand Crown and Anchor is quite popular, and are super glad to see that people are enjoying the style of game and concept. As a note on prizes, however, the odds of finding our highest tier (sometimes referred to as "jackpot") prizes from games are based on the risk, time, and effort required to play the game. While every game has a chance to return any prize in our prize pool, each game does not have equal chances. Crown and Anchor's odds at higher tier prizes are likely close to the lowest of all games due to how easy and fast it is to play. It's intentional that someone would need to spend a lot of time in Crown and Anchor to find something they're looking to keep.

So good for building up the variable databases, bad at getting the more esoteric stuff. Ah well, time to smash more shells on my poor pale belly.
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.

This may be the intended goal, but it's not what I've seen in practice. I'm better off waiting in line for C&A than I am playing Darkbox on my Empath with ADC and a max cast Heal, plus Regen when the darkbox hits a mana room. Unless Darkbox is also considered a low risk/time/effort game.
