I obviously don't speak for everyone but this has been my favorite HE since the first one. The spider was great but it had run it's course and to get to experience something new, fresh, and well designed has been a delight.
I love the way merchants are being done, I assisted during alterations for many years and had a blast but seeing so many specialists doing shorter lists has been really exciting, I've seen people get things they've always wanted but never been able to have and the design work is inspiring.
The shops are new and fresh, and I feel like I'm getting everything I want out of the fest. The games are a bit bogged but it's the first year of doing this island instead of the spider, there are going to be kinks to work out.
And the eddy. Oh my. The eddy was worth the cost of admission alone. I realize this is not going to be the kind of thing we get every year, this must have been a special thing because of it being the grand opening, but it is my favorite HE gift ever.
This had to have been a massive undertaking by the GMs. Not everything is for every person, as a general rule, but I have really enjoyed this experience.
Thank you for your hard work and the thought and creativity you put into all of this.

As a returning player brought about by free time from ::gestures towards 2020:: I want to reinforce that I really, really am enjoying this HE. It's nice to feel like it's exploring something for the first time, which this HE has the feel of.

I'm having alot of fun. Thank you GM's for all your time, hard work and dedication, its appreciated. I like the the prize pool is shared between different games. The only thing I would ask for next year would be a central location for healing, socializing and teaching, perhaps a nexus spot?
Thank you.

Dark Box - 2021 HE on 11/24/2020 07:45 AM CST
I am wondering if the Dark Box could be looked at for next year. Since the pay out has been lowered drastically, I do not think forcing us to chase it around makes sense currently. I think it can now stay in one spot (like it used to) the same as any other game. Also, it would be nice if players got a long electric shock or something instead of a bleeder so that all guilds can participate. Thank you.

For what it's worth, I used to bring yelith and hisan with me. The pewter versions you can make with 3.0 are pretty powerful, too.
Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
