Someone else can fill in the blanks - I arrived from the south after the Crossing was hit. Rumor has it Yhur was looking for a specific person to use in some nefarious scheme (and some loot).
Here's his look though.

You see Commodore Yhur Nansi of Elanthia, a Kaldar.
Yhur has an oval face with elegant arched eyebrows, tilted crystal green eyes and a classical nose. He has thinning flaxen hair, with pale skin and an athletic build.
He is tall for a Kaldar.
Skillfully applied cosmetics accent his natural beauty, giving him artfully darkened lashes. A vivid red tint stains his lips.
He appears to be an adult.
He is in good shape.

He is holding an icesteel thrusting blade with a beautifully detailed silversteel cup-hilt and jeweled pommel in his right hand.
He is wearing a black sealskin commodore's hat adorned with a ruby-eyed skull and crossbones, a white powdered wig quaffed into a pony-tail with a stylish array of curls, a kyanite gwethdesuan, a slender hairpin crowned with an emerald-eyed platinum skull, a polished silversteel gorget embellished with dainty floral etching, a wide Albarian lace collar, a white leather shoulder bag with small platinum skulls adorning the flap, a white steelsilk dueling blouse with leg-of-lamb sleeves trimmed in Albarian lace ruffles, a bright-aqua commodore's greatcoat with platinum-fringed epaulets, a small silversteel target shield embossed with a skull and orchid motif, some white leather dueling gloves with wide cuffs, a domed kertig-alloy ring inset with a table-cut starlight ruby flanked by twin platinum frigates with glaes sails, a ruby-red firesilk swashbuckler's sash with an onyx Warrior Mage Guild crest, a polished leather belt, some form-fitting aqua-blue leather fighting pants riveted along the seams with ornate platinum skulls and a pair of sleek white leather thigh boots with ornate silversteel toecaps and skull buckles.

Pretty sure they were just after our bank money.

I think Wealand killed him toward the end, they seemed to leave, then hit us with one last wave. I'm pretty sure we won.
He mentioned his lieutenant(see below), who I think might've been the contact? I tore up the LT pretty good, but he got away(unless someone else killed him).

I tried using a porcelin flea bomb on Yhur, and a stoppered vial of chlorine gas on him(I know i can't touch him with arrow or magic, so I tried my HAX). I don't think either worked too well. Also did raincloud and electric charge cantrips to try and annoy him. He got me with a handful of his blades earlier though.

[Yhur] "Break ranks and get back to The Tart ladies! You have lost my loot and I'm in a keelhaulin' mood!"

Yhur takes a lackadaisical fencing stance, whipping the air several times with his thrusting blade and creating an imposing "ZZzzt....zzzzzzt" sound.

>look lieu
A toothless lieutenant exclaims, "Kill those dogs!"

You see a toothless lieutenant.
The toothless lieutenant is in good shape.
It is wearing a shiny chain lorica, some polished chain greaves, a red sash.
It is carrying a swept-hilt rapier.

You gesture at a toothless lieutenant.
A sheet of slippery jagged black ice forms beneath a toothless lieutenant!
The toothless lieutenant's feet slip out from under him, sending him sprawling. His neck twists nearly completely around on impact, crushing the vertebrae.
Roundtime: 1 second.

You close to melee range on a toothless lieutenant.
>
A toothless lieutenant stands up.
>'get the LT
You say, "Get the LT."
>tar
You begin to weave mana lines into a target pattern around a toothless lieutenant.
>cast
You gesture at a toothless lieutenant.
You are unable to harness sufficient energy to cast the spell.
>
A toothless lieutenant just went southeast. (HAX!! I was totally at melee)

also I picked up some blades.... (owch)

Some silvery blades etched with a skull and orchid are a light thrown and light edged melee-ranged weapon.

You are certain that it could do:
low puncture damage
low slice damage
poor impact damage

You are certain that the blades is soundly balanced and is inadequately suited to gaining extra attack power from your strength.

You are certain that the silvery blades are marginally vulnerable to damage, and are in pristine condition.

The silvery blades are made with metal.
You are certain that the silvery blades weighs exactly 25 stones.
You are certain that the silvery blades are worth exactly 12500 kronars.

You drop a stoppered vial.
The sound of breaking glass reaches your ears and vapor begins to pour out of the broken . Before you can close your mouth, you suck in a full breath of the gas and bend over coughing and gagging.

If Yhur ever shows off that weapon's appraisal, someone make note to try and get a careful. I regretted not checking to see if some evil GM decided to code up icesteel or not.

[Yhur] "Find that man Lieutenant! I want my monies you yeehar!"
[Yhur] "Oh and Lieutenant, feel free to stick a blade in that loudmouthed Trader!" (Resero)
[Yhur] "You better not loose a bit of my loot either Lieutenant!"
[Yhur] "I expect all my coins!"
[Yhur] "Mister Lewen, order the rest of that scum to land and attack!"
[Yhur] "Quickly you dogs, find our contact!"

Must've missed that in everything... Guess Lewen's the contact? Whoever that is.

-Also not sure if anyone was keen on this idea, but how about locking the Banks during Invasions for a few minutes, like how they lock the Cleric's guild.
I know it's not as bad as a problem in Crossing(which is why I haven't suggested it yet), but Haven seems to get robbed A Lot, and could probably use the help, so I don't mind sharing my idea with them. Maybe lock it for 5-10 minutes when someone rings the invasion bell, and only allow citizens in? I figure it would help keep robbers out.

-Temporary Acting Interm Mayor Powerhaus, as chosen by some random person on the gweth
