Any chance we can buy an upgrade that would let us ban a skill from the almanacs. (It could be a potency crystal thing but I figure this would be a bit more expensive than that)

So like with the lore almanac.. you use the upgrade and ban scholarship. It works like normal but scholarship is now removed from the random pool.

Any chance of that happening? :)
