As we in Ilithi settle into an uneasy wait, the forces of the enemy gathering around us, those of us dedicated to support the Ilithi militia continue to prepare and organize ourselves.

Right now, we have beautifully coordinated groups of triage teams and field teams, both being led by fine officers that have proven they can both focus under fire and make things a enjoyable to participate in too!

-We have a high percentage of empaths in the field durning any given skirmish that I am very proud of, and I hope to continue the cooperation between warrior and empath that has begun with our team in the upcoming days. Many of the warriors on this team are adept in combat, and provide cover for our field empaths who have worked hard to keep the number of casualties down and lower the stress on our triage teams.

-Our triage team works to mobilize quickly and provide support for all the fallen and wounded warriors of the militia, citizens and guests to the provience, and is an excellent team to work with if you are looking to really make a difference. Their hard work and dedication to the people of the provience is a source of support and pride for all whom they help.

-I am also looking for more people that would be interested in working directly with myself to help facilitate the coordination of the two teams. These people will work with dragging bodies, running people to and from depart sites, opening moon gates, running trails, etc., healing the lightly wounded in the field between battles and many other useful jobs that will be challenging to the individual and useful to the provience as a whole.

Ilithi is an incredible place right now, with a rich community of people dedicated to roleplay. Being smaller than our northern neighbors, each member of the militia really has a chance to make a difference and stand out, be it on the front lines or on the support team.
