The massive slate roof of the bank overhangs the wide entrance, forming a deep pool of shade relieved by a pair of bronze and crystal flambeaux half again as tall as an Elothean. A quartet of well-armed guards lean on wicked-looking tridents, while their cold ophidian eyes watch every person carefully. The doors are open to the night and the energetic sounds of commerce waft out from within. You also see some broad stairs and the massive doors.

Let it be known that we are seeking volunteers and enlistees interested in participating in the defense of Ratha against the dark forces that are threatening it.

We are seeking not only those wishing to fight on the front lines, but also people to help with triage, scouting, communication runners, and also as guards for the shark shrine on Ratha , the obelisk on Taisgath as well as the Taisgath docks.

If you are interested in helping to defend Ratha in any of the aforementioned capacities, either post a scroll here, or see one of the following Lieutenants of Ratha. For those who are already part of the defenders, please make sure to list yourselves as well, so that we can get a good census.
