We are forming an all female regiment to help in the defense of Therengia. Our Baron and his General have both expressed support and indeed even felt the idea itself was a good one. Our goals are the same as any other defense force: we stand to protect our Baron, our homes, and each other. We form here a sisterhood of equals. If your ego is of great import to you, this may not be the place for you to fight.
We wish to form smaller squads who will fight under their LTs. Quick and effective battle, that can do hit and move tactics. We feel the smaller squads will compliment each other in ways that are not possible when you have twenty to 30 people per squad in a melee. We follow a great history of female warriors, we will create our own as well. We are the Black Orchid. We will be able to call on each other not only in a time of war but our hope is that any time help is needed, the sisters will be there for each other. We create this together, together we will thrive.
Each LT will have a name for their own squads as well. Our command staff at this moment is as follows. Lilea our XO, Dulcinia a battle LT who will also work with scouting and information gathering, Tonika Battle LT and Tactics. Yasminna Support LT. I have said in the past and will say again, a great warrior is not only made from strength of arms or magic, a great warrior is one of strong mind and will. The lowest of circle among us can change the tide of a battle in our favor, this is why we must, and will, see each as equal. When you look upon your sister, see a mirror of yourself there.
We would be honored to serve with the women of these lands, in defense of the homes and towns and governments we all helped to build. We have seen many battles and quite a few wars, and yet we still stand, as we will when this has ended. So let us gather together, let us hone weapon and minds and magic's, let the enemy know the sisterhood lives to drive them from our lands.
