Say critter or GMNPC X pays off critters Orcs for a raid on Riverhaven. For like an hour or so timer on the closest near by orcs could you change the loot so that adventurers could recover part of the exotic loot or potentially scraps of info on parchment or scrolls ect depending on the intell. of the critters used. maybe even randomize a war cheif or higher level orc or so randomly during the time. basically would provide a method for counter strike after invasion was over.
