I didn't know where exactly to put this idea, but this seemed like an okay spot...
The idea is simply a bounty board, that can be posted on by players and has some other bounties generated by the game. The point is simple a bounty is offered for a specific kill or pelt, what have you and upon completion you return to the board to complete the assignment or go to whoever posted it. This could add in a robust dynamic to hunting more than just going out and killing things repeatedly.
