I've noticed a lot of people don't pay attention during event explanations. It really bogs everything down when the leader of the event is constantly having to explain and re-explain the same thing over and over.

The dice event/spar events stick out in my mind a lot for this.

Can the event leader get a sandwich board with the gift box? Something only they can write on to explain the rules?

You see a box of gifts and a sandwich board labelled "Rule of the Game!"

1. Read the rules.
2. Re-read the rules.
3. Point other people to the ruleboard.
