It would be a hoot if a set of Paladin armor was created that continously squeeked with various actions. Not so much commands as side effects to wearing the armor.

Along the comedy thought there could be leather and cloth armor sold that would shrink over time slowly altering it's description.

Bone armor that stains and yellows over time
