I'm getting kind of annoyed with not either being in game for in game visions, or missing them because of combat scroll.
How about a command that resends all the visions to have occurred in the last 24 hrs? It can be modified to maybe include GUILD specific events, GLOBAL events, or maybe go back to a full week?
In a perfect world you have someone who experienced the vision (except necromancers) record the actual vision on epedia.
Typing recall event would make the process pretty single player. In almost every case where I've missed a vision I ask around, looking for someone who experienced it firsthand, and it generates discussion and interest about the event in others who also weren't aware of it but overheard my questing.

Another of the ways that visions are shared is through the Visions Meeting events that groups of players have set up to purposefully address the fact that, both ICly and OOCly, not everyone catches every vision. I'm not sure when the next of those will be held, but I do see a Moon Mage event on the 30th of this month at 9pm Eastern. Seeking out Moon Mages and Clerics routinely and seeing if they have had any visions out of the norm recently is a really great way to keep connected to things you may miss yourself, or not have access to if you play a guild that doesn't typically get visions.

I think RECALL EVENT would be a nice way for "common knowledge" stuff to get better distributed throughout the game, or for a player who might have had a vision at some point but failed to record it be able to access it once again.
