I got my first voucher, not sure exactly what I'm sopposed to "do" with it. I'm sopposed to wait until that particular alterer is in game and working and then crash the party at which point my voucher will let me cut to the front of the line? How am I sopposed to know when the individual is actually about? Do alterers show up as adventurers with find XXX? I don't soppose runners are sent to people holding vouchers when that alterer is working is there?
