I have a Seihava from about 7 or 8 years ago. Does anyone know if she is still around or if any other merchants will redeem a voucher of here?

This voucher is good for one alteration session with Seihava, who has been specially commissioned by the Kaith Kirm Council. Seihava does leather embellishments through tooling and insertion of metal studs.
