On Saturday Lilena showed up at the Darkstone Inn and a number of people went to visit her.

[Darkstone Inn, Dark Corner]
Tucked in one dark corner of the main room, this table retains some signs of former glory. A bit of shine still lingers in the surface and the top is less scarred by knives and burns than others here. The chairs, each one different, are mostly comfortable and clean. A faded painting, apparently of the town in happier days, brings a touch of color to the drab walls.
You also see a pink-eared white peccary with a couple of things on it, a sly-looking sleek white lynx that is sitting and the main bar.
Also here: Arcane Wraith Ezmundiuz who is sitting, Soul Shepherd Azante who is sitting, Mazrian who is sitting, Treasure Seeker Fariden who is sitting, Peacemaker Aislynn who is sitting, Sticky Fingers Nakori who is sitting, Hodierna's Fist Kaelie who is sitting, Klines who is sitting and Lilena who is sitting.
Obvious exits: none.

You see Lady Lilena Turmar of Zoluren, a Human Noble.
She has a delicately angular face with refined features befitting her elegant frame. Her vibrant viridian eyes are framed by luxuriously lengthy lashes tinted a smoky hue, and a natural pink tone accentuates her perfectly formed lips. Pulled back with stylish severity, her long honey blonde hair is held in place by a series of silversteel pins, complementing her smooth, pale skin and gracefully slender neck.
She appears to be in the bloom of youth.
She is in good shape.

She is wearing a hooded zerarin wool cloak fettered by chains, a long Imperial weave dress draped with fine mystic topaz-strung silversteel mail, an ornate signet ring carved with the crest of House Turmar and some dainty slippers with silversteel embellishments.

Lilena says, "Hello everyone, please, come sit." (and everyone does.)

Mazrian says, "'Evening."

Klines says to Lilena, "Good evening to you, Lady."

Lilena exclaims to Nakori, "It's so lovely to see you in person again!"

Nakori meekly exclaims, "I'm a cibilzen of Zoluren now!"

Lilena says, "Terribly sorry I couldn't be there previously, I was on lockdown, as it were."

Aislynn quietly says to Nakori, "Citizen."

Lilena says to Nakori, "Glorious. I suppose it is all official now, then, dear Retainer."

Nakori carefully says, "Cividzin."

Klines says to Lilena, "While that must have been a frustration, one is quite pleased you are safe."

You say to Lilena, "I hope you have finally received some much needed rest."

Nakori meekly says, "Ohhh... Retainer, that's the word... not retrainer."

Lilena says to Klines, "Rather. Great Uncle was very pleased that I actually listened this time."

Lilena exclaims to you, "Ever so much!"

Lilena says, "You all made me so proud."

Lilena says, "I watched as much as I could, considering my wards."

Mazrian says, "Cheers to that."

Lilena says, "Oh, I suppose I should share my news."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "As long as it's good news."

Lilena says, "I'll have to be more official about it at some juncture, but no reason I couldn't tell you here as well."

Lilena says, "Maghana has been granted indeterminate leave."

Lilena says, "She's gone home with her brother to aid in the recovery."

You say, "I am glad we could rescue the prisoners."

Aislynn quietly says, "He was one of the ones we got out, then...? I couldn't... I didn't know what he looked like."

Lilena says, "Grigoire was terribly vexed by this, so it seems I've been asked to full her position."

Klines says to Lilena, "A fine choice Lord Grigoire has made, indeed."

Mazrian says, "Ah. Congradulations or condolences, then."

Lilena says, "Well, the Council chose, really."

Heartsfyre says, "They chose wisely."

Lilena says, "But I do imagine that Grigoire ... advised."

Heartsfyre says to Lilena, "I have total trust in this for you."

Klines says to Lilena, "Indeed."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "Actually the news regaring the prisoners is very positive."

Heartsfyre says to Lilena, "To say the least. you were very impressive."

Lilena says, "I know poor Iazen was very confused when they were first freed. He..."

Lilena says, "He didn't quite remember who had been in the dungeon with him at the start."

Mazrian quietly says, "Fifteen years in captivity will do that."

Lilena says, "More the torture, I should think."

Klines says to Lilena, "One cannot imagine the things he has seen...been forced to go through..."

Lilena says, "He was lead to believe that there had been many more prisoners, and that many had died."

You say, "I recall him saying that."

Aislynn quietly asks, "How many didn't make it back? Actually?"

Lilena says, "But in truth this was not the case at all, and all of our prisoners were recovered."

Aislynn quietly exclaims, "Goodness!"

Lilena says, "Six."

Lilena says, "Iazen and five others."

Klines exclaims to Lilena, "That is quite encouraging to hear!"

Aislynn quietly says, "Well, that is a relief."

Lilena says, "I was so pleased. Of course, there is much to do for them to be truly well again. They've been through so much."

Kaelie says, "That is remarkable that all were found."

Nakori meekly says, "Small animals will help. If they can hold a wriggly happy animal like a ferret, they will feel much better."

Mazrian says, "The team who rushed for the prisoners when we broke into the Keep deserves medals."

Lilena says to Nakori, "I shall ensure the Empaths and carers are informed of your advice."

Lilena says to Mazrian, "Actually, that is part of what I'm to announce officially."

Lilena says, "I've not a firm date of yet, but the Prince intends a formal celebration and ceremony."

Kaelie says, "That sounds very welcome."

Lilena says, "There is some matter of debate within the Council as to whether this should wait until the Prince has his formal coronation."

Aislynn quietly asks, "Any ideas when that will be?"

Lilena says, "As you may know, our Prince has refused to hold the coronation ceremony all of these years now."

Lilena says, "He would not allow himself to be the official ruler of the Province until this war was over."

Lilena says, "He's terribly honorable like that."

You say, "Maybe that should be a ceremony before this celebration, he himself may be the one most deserving of any award. He saved half the people fighting alongside him."

Lilena says, "He felt it was unfitting otherwise."

Mazrian says, "That was a long time to wait."

Aislynn quietly says, "He was marvelous on the battlefield. He could have gone after Alret, or lead the charge, easily, but he help the arch and kept triage from being overrun."

Lilena says to you, "Oh, I doubt he feels as such."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "Glory is not something our Prince cares much for."

Lilena says, "He's rather... well, you shall all see more soon, I suppose."

Aislynn quietly says, "Adore him already."

Lilena says, "So, when the Council stops quibbling over details, I'll be announcing this and that."

Lilena says, "Hopefully soon."

Heartsfyre says, "Thank you for that. my Lady."

Lilena says, "I actually do need some information that perhaps you all may be able to help with."

Aislynn quietly asks Lilena, "Can you say.... Denli, and Revvor, and the rest of our friends amongst the elpalzi. Did they get home..?"

Lilena says, "In the chaos, so much was missed by --."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "They did indeed."

Lilena asks, "So much was missed in the rush for things. Do you know who all helped the prisoners returned home?"

You say, "Aislynn lead the group, I imagine she recalls."

Aislynn quietly says, "Zete.. Hrrr. Let me check my notes."

Lilena says, "Lovely."

You ask Lilena, "While she is digging through her journal, did you have to happen to receive my recent letter?"

Lilena says, "I have. Sorry for the delay. I've honestly been sleeping so very much."

You say, "As you should be."

You say, "I am surprised you were out and about so soon, frankly."

You get some parchment documents from inside your reaver-hide sack.

> look at docu
Inked in the language of the Elpalzi, the pages appear to be some sort of official documents.

Aislynn quietly says, "Zeteivek, Klines, Perune, Heartsfyre, Fariden and myself."

You offer your parchment documents to Lilena, who has 30 seconds to accept the offer. Type CANCEL to prematurely cancel the offer.

Lilena says, "Well, you know how I am about being stuck indoors."

Lilena has accepted your offer and is now holding some parchment documents.

Klines says to Aislynn, "That is who I recall as well."

Lilena says, "Ahh, thank you."

You say, "Hanryu recovered these from the Keep itself, along with a map. Navesi has the map now but will relinquish it if you desire."

Mazrian says, "Interesting history now. I imagine the loyal Elpalzi may want them."

Lilena says, "I should like to see it, but it is unlikely I'd need to keep it."

You say, "I will let her know."

Lilena asks, "And do we know who had staffed Triage?"

Nakori meekly says, "Not me..."

Aislynn quietly says, "That... I don't know. I can find out who does, though."

Lilena says to Nakori, "You were busy elsewhere."

Kaelie says, "I did some in the triage..."

You say to Kaelie, "Saved my life a couple times."

Kaelie says, "There were so many.. I recall Cristalyn being there with me too."

Lilena asks Kaelie, "Do you know who else?"

Kaelie says to Lilena, "I can jog my memory, I am sure. And compile a list and have it sent to you."

Lilena says, "Oh lovely, thank you."

Lilena says, "Trethom is doing the same with the attunement ritual."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "You will have it in a days time, or less."

Lilena asks Klines, "Do you perhaps recall where all of the notes came from? Or from whom?"

You say, "I was glad to see how many people joined for the ritual."

Lilena says to you, "As was I."

Lilena asks Klines, "Do you perhaps recall where all of the notes came from? Or from whom?"

Aislynn points at Fariden.

Fariden quietly says to Aislynn, "Digmo found the coded note, if that's what you refer to with the point."

Lilena says, "I know of Fariden and Digmo."

Lilena says, "I wasn't certain of who else."

You say, "I remember Samsaren had one that he made known to the public."

Klines says to Aislynn, "Additional dropped notes were found by Saphryna. Samsaren and Sendithu found one as well."

Aislynn quietly says, "I found a note from Ertusn, a while back."

Lilena says, "Ever so much to account for."

Mazrian says, "I'd like to mention Kenamer, Sturm, and especially Karthor, if I could."

Lilena asks, "In what capacity?"

Mazrian says, "They were part of the team that fought through the Keep up to Alret's final stand."

Lilena says, "Ahh."

Mazrian says, "Without the two Paladins' protection, and Karthor taking wounds for maybe a dozen people, it would have gone much worse."

Aislynn quietly says, "Aliselyn, also. She was eager to do any research we asked her to, without asking why we needed to know."

Mazrian says, "And Navesi, for conspicuous and reckless bravery."

Lilena says to Nakori, "And Nakori, for bravely doing exactly what I asked."

Mazrian says, "Here here."

Nakori meekly asks, "What did I do?"

Mazrian says, "We really should have some brandy to toast with."

Lilena says, "Even though I'm quite sure she'd have preferred to stay home and eat ham."

Mazrian says, "I'll be right back."

Nakori meekly says, "I ran away... after the ritual..."

You say, "Mordimer tells me the group of people I assigned to him and the Prince did an exceptional job."

Lilena asks Nakori, "And?"

Klines says to you, "I heard the same."

Nakori meekly says, "And I didn't help healing people..."

Lilena says to Nakori, "You did exactly what I asked of you. That ritual was very important."

[General] Your mind hears Tramin thinking, "Anyone have eyes on Lady Lilena?"
[General] Your mind hears Tarlof thinking, "I can only assume she is huddled somewhere with half a dozen folk, planning her next "distraction" to send good men and women to their death."

Nakori meekly says, "But.. but I could have done more..."

Lilena says to Nakori, "Oh pish. I'd have been terribly upset if my Empath Retainer were comsumed by demons."

You say, "Without the ritual we would have just been twiddling our thumbs."

Lilena says, "Exactly that."

Nakori meekly says, "Oh... okay."

Mazrian asks Lilena, "Would you mind if I let people in general know where we are?"

Mazrian puts his Brandy on a table. (Enter Mazrian with a backpack of brandy to get everyone trashed.)

You ask, "Already?"

You say, "The evening just started."

Lilena says, "Oh pardon, there is a person I'm displeased with thoughts from."

Mazrian coughs.

Mazrian says to you, "Start as you mean to go on, and all."

You say, "Hey, we're alive, Alret's dead. Lets drink."

Mazrian says, "Here here."

[General] Your mind hears Lilena thinking, "Well thank you ever so much for being terribly rude, Tarlof. It shall be noted."

Lilena says, "Pfft."

You say, "My lady, if I accidentally roam outside to breathe fire, please excuse my absence."

Lilena says, "Oh well, that would be preferable to breathing it in here, so of course."

Lilena accepts Mazrian's Trade Route Brandy.

Lilena says, "Why thank you."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "I was told you were trying to translate these documents."

Kaelie says, "To the Lady Lilena."

Mazrian says, "Here here."

Lilena says, "No, no, to all of you, and those who put themselves on the line for the Province."

Lilena says to Mazrian, "Oh, you'd asked if I minded you telling people where we are."

Lilena says, "Go right ahead."

Nakori meekly says, "Ham for everyone."

[General] Your mind hears Tarlof thinking, "Oh no! I am noted! I should think some of your sheep would tire of their common blood flowing all for royal selfish interest."
[General] Your mind hears Pucktin thinking, "Tarlof is always thoughtful."
[General] Your mind hears Mazrian thinking, "Tramin, Lady Lilena and company are in the corner in Dirge's Darkstone Inn."
[General] Your mind hears Lilena thinking, "I've no sheep. There are merely citizens of Zoluren, as well as her allies, who care more for the safety of all than for themselves. Any who wish to be snide about such things obviously have no sense of purpose, nor basic empathy for their fellows."
[General] Your mind hears Tarlof thinking, "You are welcome Tramin, without my noted opinion I don't think the sheep would even have woken."
[General] Your mind hears Mystylaine thinking, "Noted? so that's a reprimand of some sort now? "
[General] Your mind hears Mazrian thinking, "Please come up and have some brandy and sit a spell, if you'd like. Darkstone is actually a pretty good bar."

Aislynn quietly says to Lilena, "Didn't do such a good job at it. I think I've confused the word for royalty with the word for socks. It's a work in progress."

Nakori meekly exclaims, "Socks ARE royalty... only the best and nobbily-est of warm cotton is allowed to snuggle my sensitive toes so closely!"

Lilena says, "Always someone spoiling for a fight."

Klines quietly says, "The comments he was making about the Prince were...regretable...as well."

Lilena asks Klines, "Such as?"

Mazrian says, "Soon as the danger has passed we fall right back to quarreling."

Fariden says, "Like the fight against Alret would have somehow gone easier with those present's work."

Lilena says to Mazrian, "It's a sport for some."

Klines slowly says to Lilena, "Well, I...it is not typically something appropriate for mixed company..."

Lilena asks, "I am not surprised, but I do think everyone here is of stern stuff, no?"

Nakori meekly asks, "What if it was just humans? Would it be appropriate then?"

Azante says, "Good evening."

Klines quietly says to Lilena, "It was the comment he made about everyone being busy...fluffing...the Prince. I, for one, found it distasteful. Perhaps he was attempting to be humoress, but one thinks it was hardly the time."

Azante says, "I hope I'm not intruding..."

Lilena says, "Hello, please do sit."

Lilena says, "Not at all."

Nakori meekly asks, "The prince has got fluff?"

Lilena says, "I was just enjoying my freedom."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "Azante is a wonderful cleric who helped with more triage time than I care to think on."

Azante says, "Oh, you're too kind. I am merely a conduit for the grace of Alamhif and the Immortals."

Aislynn quietly says, "And made several gallons of holy water for me. Just in case."

Lilena says to Nakori, "It is a vulgar slang term for bedchamber activities."

Nakori meekly says, "I thought... maybe scales, after what Lasika told me... but maybe not, because she... but then elf or ohhh."

Nakori meekly says, "Maybe I should not tell people I'm fluffy..."

Mazrian says, "Be a mate and be a conduit for the grace of glythtide as well, then."

Lilena says to Azante, "My thanks to you."

You say, "Wait a minute, I'm not sure I can handle anymore blessings from Lord Glythtide."

Kaelie asks you, "You still avoiding Liuri?"

Azante says to Lilena, "You're most welcome, service is, in my opinion, the truest expression of devotion to the Immortals."

You say to Kaelie, "I was, until I needed his help to defend Kaerna the other day, then I had to cave in."

Lilena asks you, "Did you wish these back?"

Lilena taps some parchment documents that she is holding.

You say to Lilena, "Not if you needed them. I thought you may wish to translate."

Lilena says, "I've a good memory."

You say, "Or that they might help the Council in some small way."

Mazrian says, "Perhaps we could donate them to the Academy."

Mazrian says, "Let the scholars there study them and perhaps put them on display."

Lilena says, "Oh, that's actually a lovely idea, though I hate to take a prize from someone unless they wished to donate it."

Aislynn quietly says, "Depending on what they are. They could be a grocery list. An official one."

Lilena asks you, "Perhaps you could ask him what he wants?"

You say, "Hanryu did not really expect them back, he only required I tell him what came of it."

Mazrian says to Aislynn, "From what I could make out I expect you're probably right."

You say, "I do not think he would mind if they were put on display somewhere, or what not."

Kaelie says, "I think that would be nice as well."

Aislynn quietly asks, "Could I try one more time?"

Aislynn brushes the surface of her platinum diadem and begins to reel! She clutches her head in pain!

Lilena says to Aislynn, "But of course."

Lilena offers Aislynn some parchment documents.

Aislynn accepts Lilena's parchment documents.

Lilena says, "That looks terribly unplesant."

Aislynn quietly says, "It really is."

Mazrian asks, "So I wonder, what now?"

Fariden says, "Knowing can be painful, sometimes. But pain can be endured."

Nakori meekly says to Lilena, "I'm sorry about my letter... I wrote it so quickly, I didn't have time to put a snack with it..."

You ask Mazrian, "What were you mentioning the other day?"

Kaelie says to Mazrian, "We enjoy quiet and relative peace with the kids. And keep an ear to the ground about those orcs..."

Mazrian says to you, "That we need a...not a militia. A reserve."

You ask, "How's that work, in your mind?"

Aislynn quietly says, "Oh! Wait! That's not socks... That's Viggu."

Lilena says to Nakori, "It is quite alright. I ate a snack as soon as I could after reading it."

Mazrian says, "We find a few dedicated and interested people to be the core, the cadre."

Mazrian says, "All unofficial, no fan fare or titles."

Mazrian says, "And then we drill once a month or so and invite anyone who wants to come out."

Fariden says to Aislynn, "Neither royalty nor socks, then."

Aislynn quietly says, "Hrr. Well, best I can make out, there was a planning exchange between Alret and Viggu."

Lilena says to Mazrian, "That would be lovely, actually."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "Interesting."

Aislynn quietly says, "But I can't get... Grrr. This word! It has to be what. Or maybe when. Or even where."

Aislynn offers Lilena some parchment documents.

Aislynn quietly says, "It might be related to the orcs digging at the Stones."

Mazrian says, "Thank you. It should be, honestly, pretty simple."

Lilena accepts Aislynn's parchment documents.

Mazrian says, "When things flare up in the north, we round some folks up and help them. When there are attacks in the south, we do the same."

Lilena asks Aislynn, "Are you alright?"

Aislynn quietly says, "Pardon. Elpalzi is... hard."

Aislynn quietly says, "Just.. hurts my head."

Aislynn rubs her head.

Klines says to Aislynn, "I am confident Lady Lilena and I can relate. Visions sometimes can do the same..."

You say to Lilena, "As Aislynn says, it looks like the orcs have now taken to digging at the Stones as well."

You say, "Theren Guard has setup a watch there, though."

Azante asks, "Has that continued since Geva's fall?"

Lilena says, "They may be looking for the amulet again, thinking the maeldryth has returned it."

Lilena says, "Or perhaps other things."

Fariden says to Azante, "The digging was discovered during an orc invasion of Riverhaven about three or four andaen ago."

You ask, "Do you think the maeldryth escaped the Keep?"

Kaelie says, "Sounds like the Baron may have his hands full soon."

Azante says, "I recall the invasion, I hadn't heard about the digging."

Lilena says to you, "I do not know. It ran off with the amulet before the sealing was completed." (RUT ROH)

Mazrian says, "Viggu is an opportunist. No reason for him not to try."

Fariden says to Azante, "A lone orc was discovered at the stones. Dropped a shovel. Fled."

You say, "Sounds like a big possibility."

Aislynn quietly says, "Hrrr. That document... It definitely mentioned the terms of the agreement. We might be able to learn what the orcs wanted, or what they were promised, in any case. Bah."

Mazrian says, "I think books were mentioned. The contents of the Keep's library."

Lilena says, "Interesting. Perhaps Denli will translate it fully for us."

Fariden says, "I am of the opinion that Alret's digging was too precise. So know where to dig to find something the size of a necklace, even if you limit your digging of the swamp to just around the Standing Stones... I feel he was guided."

Lilena says, "Oh, that's part of the official announcement, too. Denli is going to be our Ambassador."

You say, "Excellent."

Lilena says to Fariden, "I tend to agree."

You say, "It will be good for their people to have a chance to right wrongs and be accepted in a more serious fashion, I think."

Mazrian leans over and whispers, "I don't place the name. Do you know who Denli is?"

Fariden says to Lilena, "Then, if Viggu is also being guided in the same manner..."

You whisper to Mazrian, "One of the Elpalzi who betrayed Alret."

Aislynn quietly asks, "Will Revvor lead them, do you think?"

Lilena says to Aislynn, "He and Denli are their leaders now, yes."

Aislynn quietly says, "Excellent. I do hope to see them both again, someday."

Mazrian asks, "What will become of them, do you think? The Elpalzi?"

Nakori meekly asks, "Are they... still cursed...?"

Lilena says to Fariden, "It is possible, though from the original intelligence it seemed as though the orcs had already known where to dig, and they informed the Elpalzi."

Lilena says to Nakori, "One cannot change how one was created."

Azante says, "Their curse is due to their... creation, not really a moral judgement."

Nakori meekly says, "I heard they had maggots inside of them. That doesn't sound nice at all. Maybe we can help get those out at least..."

Kaelie says, "Still it's hard to accept it I suppose."

Lilena says to Mazrian, "Well, those who are left seem to only want peace. We shall see. They are rebuilding now."

Azante says, "Particularly those of us who have been taught to equate curses with evil."

Nakori meekly asks, "One of them had daughters... are their children cursed too...? Can they make babies that are normal and cute?"

You say, "I've heard it is possible they could be accepted by the Thirteen, though it may change them."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "I wish there were a way we could help them."

Azante says to you, "I'd be very interested in this possbility, Perune. To my knowledge, that'd be a first."

Mazrian quietly says to Lilena, "Perhaps the best route to peace would be to integrate them."

Lilena says, "The Immortals marked them due to their creation by Necromancy."

You say, "Liurilias has told me it once happened with an Adan'f."

Lilena says, "Perhaps someday this can change for them."

Lilena says, "We should maybe pray for them."

Azante says, "It's difficult to even begin to guess which Immortal we'd pray to. They don't often see eye-to-eye on matters of mortals."

You say to Azante, "Except in the ways of Necromancy, which is related to the curse. In that case, perhaps all of them."

You say, "But to be fair.. I'm not sure I would do such a thing without their consent."

Azante says to you, "Good point."

Nakori meekly asks Ezmundiuz, "Would you like healing again?"

Ezmundiuz says, "Sure."

Nakori meekly exclaims to Ezmundiuz, "All better... clean as a weasel!"

Kaelie says to Nakori, "I find myself unable to have even a small mean thought in your presence. You make me smile. Bless it."

Lilena asks Kaelie, "Isn't it lovely and relaxing?"

Lilena says, "I felt that very same way myself."

Nakori meekly says, "I'll have all the mean thoughts for us, then."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "It is. It's refreshing."

Kaelie says to Nakori, "I just can't picture you with one. Never change."

Aislynn quietly asks Nakori, "What's the meanest thing you've ever done?"

Nakori meekly says, "I healed Jondong once."

You ask Mazrian, "About what you were you saying, did you have a core group in mind?"

Mazrian dryly says to Nakori, "I killed a crowd of seven at the bank to also kill Queslo while he waited in ambush, once."

Kaelie says, "That wasn't done out of being mean though..."

Mazrian says, "No. It was just necessary."

Mazrian says to you, "Not really, no."

Kaelie says to Mazrian, "Well, perhaps it's time to start putting thoughts together."

Mazrian says, "I figure we could open it up and see who wanted to do it."

Mazrian says, "If it's going to last it needs to be something that belongs to the whole community."

Nakori meekly says, "Sometimes I have happy wiggle-dreams about boiling Qij and putting spikes in his face, sometimes..."

Lilena says, "Oh. That is quite a dream."

Kaelie says, "Even when you're being "mean" .. you are .. fun."

You say, "Its a big and diverse community."

Lilena says, "I do think I mentioned just about everything."

Aislynn quietly says to Nakori, "You are just so... snuggleable."

Mazrian asks you, "Would you be interested? One weekend a month two weeks a year, sort of thing?"

You ask Lilena, "Slipping out before we get too drunk?"

You say to Mazrian, "If you were leading it, I'd be there. Count on it."

Lilena says to you, "I was just thinking aloud."

Mazrian dryly says, "You know, I was never happier than when I was a Sergeant."

Nakori meekly says to Mazrian, "I would... try to go to something like that. The first time I really helped in an invasion or anything, and felt like I was helping, was when we were doing the things around here and running all over..."

Aislynn quietly says to Lilena, "So... What do you think of the Prince? As a person, I mean."

Lilena says, "The Prince is in favor of holding the celebration and memorial prior to his coronation -- oh."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "I think he's a very thoughtful man, really."

Nakori meekly says, "Triage is a mess... everyone else is too fast, and I don't have people to heal... by the time I know who to help, they've been helped. So its nice to make sure people don't have to go to triage in the first place..."

Lilena says, "Perhaps a bit hard on himself."

Mazrian says to you, "I don't know that I'd be the one to lead it, actually. I have a lot of history...I think maybe it's time for new blood."

Aislynn quietly asks Lilena, "And.. handsome?"

Lilena says to Aislynn, "He did grow up in the shadow on his father's legacy, after all."

Lilena says to Aislynn, "That would not be appropriate for me to say."

Nakori meekly exclaims to Aislynn, "I'm telling Hnot...!"

Aislynn quietly says, "You're not that too far apart in age, after all."

You say to Mazrian, "You're going to have to think hard about what you want done then and find people you trust to do that."

You say, "Its hard getting what you want if you're not the one with the reins, so to speak."

Aislynn quietly says to Nakori, "Bah. Not for me. Silly woman."

Nakori meekly says, "OHhhhhhh."

Lilena says, "I'm afraid that my dear Sini would be ever so heartbroken should I take up your intimation."

Mazrian says, "What I want is for the province to be safe enough that my kids don't have to make the choices I made."

Aislynn quietly exclaims, "Oh, that's true!"

You say to Mazrian, "You may be doomed before you start, some children tend to follow their parents lead."

Lilena says, "Not that I'd expect the royal family to approve of a marriage with my -- ahem, this brandy."

Mazrian says, "Tell me about it."

Aislynn quietly says, "Grigoire is far too old."

Nakori just touched Lilena, barely brushing her skin.

Azante says to Aislynn, "You're incorrigable."

Lilena says to Nakori, "Thank you, dear."

Aislynn quietly says, "It gives me joy."

Fariden says, "I love how much that word sounds like encouragable."

Aislynn quietly asks Fariden, "Is that not what he said?"

Nakori meekly says, "My husband is a barbarian... so... sometimes, now and then, I have to make sure there is more blood than alcohol inside of him."

Fariden says to Aislynn, "Either way."

Lilena says to Nakori, "The practice does show."

Nakori meekly exclaims to Lilena, "You are doing very good. Lots and lots of blood!"

Lilena says, "I should likely be returning home, though. I've ever so much more planning work to do."

Lilena says, "I've so much hiring."

Aislynn quietly asks Lilena, "For what?"

Lilena says, "Well, for completion of the castle, mostly."

You say to Lilena, "I'm glad you were able to get away, and that you've been getting some rest."

Nakori meekly asks, "Castle...?"

Lilena says, "And then of course for a Court Stylist, if we're going to be having ceremonies and balls again."

Aislynn quietly says, "Oooo."

Nakori meekly says, "With a garden for animals..."

Kaelie says, "It's been quite some time since we've had a good ball."

Lilena says, "Details, really, but that's my job now."

Lilena says, "Amongst other things."

Kaelie says, "Well if you need help with any of it. I'd be glad."

Aislynn quietly asks Lilena, "Completely unrelated... Have you any idea why Geva tried to trick you to Stone Clan? How in the world did they think that would work?"

Lilena says, "Thank you."

Lilena exclaims, "Oh!"

Aislynn quietly asks, "And did we get the translation wrong, about the three moons aligning?"

Lilena says to Aislynn, "That was further code, the moons piece."

Aislynn quietly says, "Ahhhh."

Lilena says, "They referred to their mage groups that way."

Lilena says, "Thus their robes."

Aislynn quietly says, "Oh, I see..."

Fariden says, "I figured that it was symbolic. Since two of the moons oppose each other."

Fariden says, "The real moons."

Klines says to you, "I had wondered if we had misinterpreted the moons part..."

You mutter to yourself.

Lilena says, "It is my believe that they were attempting to gather three different artifacts, one for each mage group, and then to awaken the creature that once attacked Stone Clan."

Aislynn quietly says, "Ahhhh. The Biter."

Lilena asks, "Belief. Oh my. Are you sure there is more blood and brandy in me?"

Nakori meekly asks, "The biter...? My daughter?"

Aislynn quietly says, "No, no. The big ol' dragon-but-not thing under Stone Clan."

Lilena says to Nakori, "A creature that looks a bit like a small dragon."

Fariden says, "Common can be tricky. Seen most everyone slip up."

Nakori meekly says to Lilena, "You are doing okay for a not-barbarian."

Kaelie says, "Sounds like an unwanted guest at any rate."

Aislynn quietly says to Nakori, "Like a big me. But older."

Fariden says to Aislynn, "Less nice."

Lilena says, "At any rate, your efforts with the note stopped all of that."

Aislynn quietly says, "Thank goodness. That's a headache no one needed."

Lilena says, "It was terribly vexing to have to agree with Great Uncle about staying in the manor, though."

Kaelie says, "Well now that is at an end. And good it is to see you out and about."

Aislynn quietly says, "Age and wisdom and all that."

Lilena says, "I mean, it was obviously the correct action, but I had wanted to be out here with all of you, doing the fighting."

You say to Lilena, "It worked out."

Lilena says, "It pained me to have to stay away from it."

Nakori meekly says, "Is Mr. Trethom okay...? I was going to heal him but they dragged him away..."

Mazrian says, "You might have made fine bait."

Aislynn quietly says, "If they'd gotten their claws into you, none of it would've been possible."

Lilena says to Nakori, "Oh yes, he's very well, thank you."

Lilena says, "I know, I know. That's why I stayed."

Fariden says, "Disrupting their plans and forcing them to react did good, too."

Lilena says, "But it lets little rude creatures like that man on the gweths babble on about me sending people to their deaths."

Fariden says, "There are more ways to win a fight besides sling magic and swing a blade."

Lilena says, "When I'd no intention of anything of the sort."

Fariden says, "No one was forced to join the fight."

Kaelie says to Lilena, "Don't let his opinions mean a thing. You know you did no such thing."

Lilena says, "I shall need to steel myself against such things."

Lilena says, "I imagine I'll be called much worse."

Mazrian says, "Perhaps a gesture would be appropriate. A hospital and hospice for wounded soldiers."

Nakori meekly says to Lilena, "As your Empath Retrainer, I will punch people on the nose for you if they say rude things."

Fariden says, "Meh. Letting someone's opinions bother you mean that they matter."

Mazrian says, "And a pension for their families."

Lilena says, "I admit I'm used to people generally being afraid of upsetting Great Uncle, so they don't say much where I can hear it."

Lilena says to Nakori, "That is very kind of you."

Nakori meekly says, "Oh... is it? I was trying to be mean."

You say, "I imagine the guards you will have can remove any rude undesirables."

Fariden says, "Since you know that you did not do what he says, he is wrong. And thus his opinion doesn't matter, since he chooses to make it based on falsehoods."

Lilena says, "I'm more used to kicking rudeness in the face, really. Or them just disappearing."

Aislynn quietly says to Lilena, "Show him your footwork. They'll be afraid of upsetting you soon enough."

You say to Lilena, "Well, no one will stop you."

Kaelie quietly says, "I'd still give a small forture to see Nakori punch him in the nose."

Fariden playfully says, "I believe I did hear something about training with the Monks..."

Aislynn quietly says to Fariden, "She's marvelous with those heels."

Lilena says, "I know it sounds odd."

Lilena says, "But they were so close to the manor, and Great Uncle thought I should be a Moon Mage."

Nakori meekly says to Kaelie, "Guildfest is going to come around again, I heard... if the fortune is small enough to you and big enough for me, I just might try that..."

Lilena says, "And next I knew, the deal was set."

Fariden says, "Not odd. But the fact that everyone who ever speaks of you mentions it. That's amusing to me."

Lilena asks, "They do?"

Aislynn quietly says to Lilena, "Your high-kicks are legendary already."

Fariden says, "Not yet seen the pattern be broken."

Lilena says, "Maybe they just find it novel."

Lilena says, "I suppose many of the noble families don't have our traditions."

Lilena says, "But every one of us is Guilded."

Lilena says, "It's just how the family does things."

Aislynn quietly says, "And, with the exception of Lady Sini, rather deadly for the most part."

Nakori meekly asks, "Who is Lady Sini?"

Lilena says, "Oh! Sini is a Magen."

Aislynn quietly says, "Not the family, I mean. Not your family. Just.. nobility."

Heartsfyre says, "A very cute Person."

Nakori meekly says, "I do feel better knowing that Magen Road is named after a cute person..."

Lilena says, "The Magen have tons of things named for them."

Lilena says, "They are the rulers of Dirge, here, as well."

Lilena says, "Though it is on the border between our lands and theirs."

Lilena says, "And of course Hunlynd is of both of our families."

Lilena says, "Boring noble stuff."

Nakori meekly asks, "Where is that?"

Nakori meekly asks, "...or is it a who?"

Lilena says to Nakori, "Hunlynd. Hunlynd Turmar. He's the mayor of Dirge."

Nakori meekly says, "Ohhhh."

Lilena says, "Hunlynd's mother's side is Magen."

Lilena says, "I suppose I really should go."

Lilena says, "I think the smell of the brandy is well enough gone from me that I'll not get a lecture."

Mazrian says, "Well. Good evening to you, Lady."

Fariden says to Lilena, "It is good to see you are well. And informed."

Aislynn quietly says to Lilena, "It is lovely to see you again."

Lilena says, "Something something official positions now, blah blah drinking in public, blah blah I told you to not accept any food or drink from outside of the manor, yadda."

Lilena says, "I swear sometimes they forget my age."

Mazrian leans over and whispers, "She looks like she's barely old enough to leave the nursery."

You whisper to Mazrian, "She's quite young to be doing everything she's had to do."

Mazrian leans over and whispers, "Humans."

Heartsfyre says, "Rest well Lady."

Lilena says, "Be well, all of you."

You say, "Take care."

Lilena went over to the main bar.

Even if we play dumb, you're saying she wasn't presentable.

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
