So I was suffering from poison, and I thought I could just whip up a fix. I turn to chapter 7 on my remedies book, and I see this:
-= Chapter 7 : Poison and Disease Remedies =-
~~~ This chapter is intentionally left blank ~~~
~ No instructions allowed by order of the Crafting Society ~
Does that mean that poison/disease remedies are no longer planned, or that they just have to be coded first?

FWIW, you also get that message if the book contains no instructions for that chapter at the level that the book caps at. I.e. if you are using an apprentice book you will see that message for chapters in which the instructions are all journeyman or higher level.
