My memory might be wrong so, I thought Kodius had said there are sigils out there to be found that have great potency stats but were rare, like finding rare metals. Is this true? At this point, after 100's of searches, i have never seen a raw sigil (unimproved) that has more than 15 precision. Has anyone found such a sigil?

Well, see, there's the linchpin of why everything you're saying is wrong. There's the fulcrum. There's the centerpiece. There's the turkey on the Thanksgiving table.

I think the idea is that the raw sigil precision plus enough success on the subsequent minigame can get you up to "rare" levels of precision. For example, I've found several 70+ precision sigils, after the minigame.
