Hello everyone. A new forging society is now open in Ratha. It is located next to the old forge, in Deadman's Run. Please let me know if you have any problems!

Well, apparently I butchered that one :P It is the Ratha forge, but I'm not sure what something of Ratha is called. So I'm claiming Rathan (just assumed it was Rissan, never went there much myself). Sorry for any confusion it caused. I'm going to bump that one up to the top of my list next.
