Suppose I currently have 10 general technique slots from raw ranks for Forging

I'm not committed to a career or hobby yet


I spend the 10 slots all on Weaponsmithing

AFTER all of the above, I decided to grab Career in Weaponsmithing to get another 10 slots.

Do I now have 10 general technique slots that can be used for Armorsmithing (refunding/re-substituting the slots in the most efficient manner), or am I out of luck and stuck with 10 new Weaponsmithing slots?
