I have a question about tailored goods and the ability to have pockets on them.
From what I understand, there are two techniques which are described as helping to add pockets to tailored goods. They are:
Enhanced Stitching - Learning about Enhanced Stitching imparts the specifics needed to make tailored equipment more durable or contain pockets.
Enhanced Rare-Material Stitching - Equipment tailored from rare and exotic materials can be made more durable or to have pockets with knowledge of the Enhanced Stitching technique.
I have both of these so I figured I could have some of the clothing I craft be pocketed. However, I went through all the leather cloak/cape patterns (an item which often has pockets when bought from stores) and found only a single one that had a pocket when appraised (hooded leather cloak) that pocket also came out as 1x1x1x0 stones. I tried a different material that was 99 quality with the same resulting size pocket.
Does anyone have much experience with this? Is there a material that is best for making pocketed items? Or something that I should be doing that I'm probably not doing? For the record I'm using masterful tools, most of them very effective for speed or higher, fully repaired and with damage resistance, but society bought average thread. Is the thread something that would cause a problem?
