Does the lecture command have any mechanical benefit to teaching pulses or influence scholarship in any way? Or is it just a roleplaying command?
Mostly roleplaying, in my admittedly-limited experience. Although I've found it to be a great way to be heard over the sometimes-excessive scroll!
