Can anyone tell me what ranks are required in appraisal and scholarship to learn in Raven's Court?

whats really interesting, is the higher skilled you are, the longer RT, and the more detailed, is your description of the items therein. From 0, you will start out with 10 sec RT for all the things, when you become more skilled, 20, my trader <primeside> currently gets 30 sec, and the most detail, of any in my "flock".
