I'm not usually happy about it when my scripts fail, but:

>study my shaping book
setVariable: Item1=totem
You review the detailed totem instructions and confidently discern most of the design's minutiae.
You now feel ready to begin the crafting process.
Roundtime: 7 sec.
>
setVariable: Tool=Drawknife
setVariable: Item=Lumber
setVariable: Command=Scrape Lumber with my Drawknife
>stow left
>stow right
You put your book in your oilcloth rucksack.
>
You put your strips in your oilcloth rucksack.
>glance
You glance down at your empty hands.
>get my Drawknife
>Scrape Lumber with my Drawknife
You get a long steel drawknife from inside your oilcloth rucksack.

You must study a design in a design codex before proceeding to craft this.

Are these out already?

Taking stock of its defensive abilities, and attacking with a book of apprentice carving instructions, you are certain that the dire bear is a truly skilled opponent.

So I noticed the additions of "a detailed bead" "a totem" "a detailed totem". Apparently they require some tools not currently available in order to craft. Was their release a bug? They do make for un-finishable work orders.

I don't know if it's intended or not, but I know the crafting system indexes have a habit of barfing out things before they're due. For example, last I checked carving has runestones and blacksmithing has braziers (for enchanting).

That said, please don't take away braziers, they're the only thing I can craft at a hard WO level right now because I picked the utility tree for fun and it was missing something at that tier of difficulty. <3

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
