Are there any functional mines around hib or boarclan yet? I know there is one just a boat ride away, but the cave trolls are just a bit much for me.
Yes, east of Hib on the way to Raven's Point there is an abandoned mine that is minable.

It hasn't been marked with the key yet, but the area marked with albino cave fish has some spots and I've heard there is more in the retch feind area.
