I have a bit of disheartening news, but it is unavoidable. Two days ago, or thereabouts, I announced that the Treasurer does carry a vote. Tonight, we encountered some fairly serious problems with that action. In short... its pretty impossible due to limitations.

So, I have to take back that comment and withdraw the ability. The Treasurer will not be able to vote. However, they WILL retain admittance into the council chambers. They will also be granted some nifty abilities that only Treasurer can do, to make up for the lack of vote.
