Folks,

Many of you been working with me in relation to Orders for a -very- long while, and the majority of everyone has been patient with everything that has kept me estranged. The vast majority of these things have been outside factors that I couldn't control that happened to occur back to back, or just as soon as a smooth process was finally reached.

This last time I did drop the ball, only lack of my own organization and the inability to multi-task through so many massive changes in my life at one time has kept me from communicating with you effectively and from assisting you as I would like to. I don't like presenting myself as so unavailable, nor do I like not being able to full-fill what I have said verbally to many of you. And last but not least, I don't like feeling that I have let those who have been so supportive and patient down.

To sum it all up here's what has happened in the last... oh... two months max. While you may not necessarily care, I feel that it is important to let you know, simply because I -do- respect all of you and I have never been "closed" about the other commitments I have going on.

I started a non-profit organization to rescue horses and after the con the legal processes sped up three-fold.

I took on a second job to cover some additional expenses.

I took in two roomates in a house that really isn't large enough to co-exist that way, and had to spend several weeks moving my own belongings and adjusting to house-guests.

Last but not least, I am getting married in October and if anyone has done this before, you know exactly what this does to one's schedule.

Therefore....

I will be taking an extended leave of absence from DragonRealms effective August 1st. Orders will be handled by a team of folks who's names I cannot pass along at this time. We have been in communication on the processes that have been established and the majority of these GMs have participated in some way or form with Orders for a very long while now. I think too that you will recognize the names once they are publicized and be pleased. You will not be left in a state of limbo and with the guidance of this team you will see the fruitation of some of the things that are just sitting, waiting on my availability.

This is an early announcement I know, but I wanted to let you know what to expect and what exactly is keeping me from communicating as I should be with you all. While you may not hear a direct response from me if you've sent emails to me, please rest assured that I will be transmitting everything (if I have not already) to the proper folks and you will see some response shortly.
