Halooo! Naiph here. And glad to be back!

With everything that has been going on in life I've discovered new routines and being back is fitting rather nicely into the routine.

Those of you that have worked with me previously have probably grown accustomed to my being here virtually all the time, or any time of day. Here are some things that I am planning on changing so that you all know when would be times that I am pretty much around.

The majority of my working hours are going to be afternoons (daytime) hours. I am going to ensure that I am here at least two evenings (nights) a week for those folks that aren't able to reach me during the day and may have things they need.

I will not be able to devote every weekend of every month to running events, but hopefully with your help and the other GMs help we can iron out a process so that it doesn't short you all. What I can most likely envision is selecting the ones that are the most time intensive and then scheduling less intensive ones in between. So the only glitch you may run into is if someone else asked for a time-intensive event just before you did and got approval, we'll have to work out a time -- as opposed to previously I just said "okay can do then" pretty much when ever.

I am also still catching up with Lanahle and the folks that have been working with you all so if you contact me and I seem clueless for a while - bear with. Good practice would be if you have a question right away give me the history behind it along with your question.

Speaking of, would all the speakers go ahead and drop me a note introducing yourselves (if you are new since August) and updating me on who's who in your officers?
