2 Members from each order. Boast should encompass any of the following themes:

a.Tales from the “work day”

b.Tales from “home life”

c.Tales from “youth”

d.Tales of Ancestors

e.Tales of the Provincial Heros

f.Tales of the Order’s Heros


Boast may not be longer than 15 minutes to tell. Boast is a verbal story presented to illustrate the best “story-telling” practices. It should not be used to cast a derogatory light on another Order and/or person. A good example of this is the proverbial fisherman’s tale. Members may compete against each other or as a team. Boast will be judged on originality, humor, length (not exceeding the duration), and appropriate content.
