I reread my posts to you all and realize that I don't think I was as clear in my objectives as I set out initially to be.

My post about the "event" sounds very cut and to the point like "This is what I want to do and on this day". It wasn't supposed to sound like that.

My goal was to outline an idea that I'd developed and include as much detail as I could so you all could think it over. The details I felt were important to allow you all as much information to make insightful responses. In thinking it over I hoped to generate a discussion here that every person (player and Order team member alike) can see that would communicate what your availability would be like so that we can come to a decision collectively over when the best time to do something like this was.

I threw out two dates in an attempt to generate some feedback and other input. I am NOT committed to these two dates, nor am I guaranteeing these two dates.

So... please mull my idea around and see what you all think. Post your thoughts on your availability so that Team Orders can get together on the same page and check our mutual calendars.
