Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone's recovered from the Festival of Light. I think I finally have mostly <g>. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful turn out, and I can't wait to hear the totals on what you brought in for the Orders funds. I'd also like the Speakers that were involved to please send me a list of all those you had working with you if you would.

Some of you may not have realized that I've been working with and for you all for several years now, as I tend towards shyness when it comes to posting on the boards. However I'm sure all of your leaders would let you know otherwise. I'm trying to start rectifying that and will be trying to post more as needed.

Announcing the Design a Crest for your Order Contest!

Now, that's just what it sounds like. You may each design an actual Crest suitable for your Order, only one entry per person please. They need to be submitted no later than October 22nd, 2005. Please send your designs to dr-orders@play.net with the subject title of Order Crest Contest. Be sure to specify which order you are a member of, along with your design and your character name.

The Winning Crest for each Order will be added to the permanent inventory and sold in a new Shop that will be opening in Theren. The top 3 submissions for each Order will be posted once they've been voted on, and prizes will be awarded. Prizes are still undetermined at the moment, but I'll post them as soon as I can.

I look forward to seeing all the great designs you?ll be coming up with.
