I am in the process of negotiating for more Order titles. Rather than just make some up that sound spiffy, I would like to know what special titles each current Order uses. I am working to come up with a way to give each current Order a set of titles over and above Speaker, Vice-Speaker, Treasurer, Councillor, General Member, Special Officer.

In your Order do you have special titles for people who take care of specific roles? If you could have 5 more non-generic titles what would they be and what sort of membership does the bearer have to have?

Please be sure to put in what Order you are in, so that I get a picture of what sort of titles you use.

I would like this information by end of Dec 2007. Those who don't submit a suggestion in that time will miss the boat until I next review titles in mid 2008.

That was my original attempt at giving some sort of generic 'special' title option for Council members of an Order. However, what I am hoping to negotiate is an expansion of this generic title into something more specific that Orders might like to choose.

Strike Force Leader
Boot Camp Leader
Stike Force Member
Guild Group Leader
Newsletter Editor
Recruiting Officer
Events Coordinator
Military Liaison
Court Liaison
Order Ambassador
Program Leader

At the moment, most of these aren't filled. The one that is the most is Strike Force Leader or Strike Force Member [Strike Force Fighter?] and that would definitely be one we'd be interested in specifically. Drill Sargeant would work too, considering all things. ;)

I'm going to point all ODS members this way to take a look and see what they all think.

Oh duh, I can't believe I forgot this one. Would it be possible to get a general title of Shielder for the general members? That's the word we tend to identify ourselves with when speaking of our order membership.

I know I'm probably a day later and a... kronar short in responding to this, but I figured I will anyway. All I ask is please don't forget the little guys (new recruits like me)!

I was kind of disappointed when I joined the Theren Guard and the only title I had available (besides "Of the Theren Guard) was General Member. It would be really great to get some unique, though not specialized, titles for the younger members of the Orders.
