Will there be an exception for empaths since that is the only guild that cannot rely on hunting for income? Im no expert on the empaths guild but if their primary income is dependant upon the generosity of other players it may be a factor. Just a thought

Dues are a necessary evil because there are certain costs associated with the features of an Order. Those costs include, but are not limited to, a recruiting room fee, renting meeting rooms, and house lease fees.
The order gets to set the dues rate for their Order. However, it must be static, the same amount for all members.
