I just got back with the family from vacation in Lancaster County, PA and I'm looking for an authentic recipe (not some hacked google monstrousity). While we were there we tried authentic Homemade Dutch Haven (Amish) Shoo-Fly Pie. If anyone from the area has the recipe and would care to share it I'd appreciate it.

Tragically, my roomate's family is from that area, but none of them cook. However, since I live a scant hour away, I'm sure I could ask some local people. Someone I know is bound to have it.
