We deserve to loose if Rivaldo (two times elected best player in the world and Ronaldo ( oh same here! ) ) can't play well in any weather.

USA won't beat Germany...Not unless they get real real lucky. Is basically down to Brazil, Germany or England to win it I think. And I'd personally put my money on the winning team out of the England:Brazil game.
What I'm surprised of is that no one mentioned the cheap USA handball that prevented a goal by Mexico. Granted, US woulda won anyway...But that was sad. And if I hear that guy utter the words "Hand of god" I'm gonna hunt 'im.

Indeed, I put my money on the winner of Brasil and England as winner of the World Cup this year.
And I wouldn't rule out the US team yet. They've been extremely lucky this tournament. Only luck qualifies ya when ya loose 3 - 1.
And the reason why no one criticized the handball, is because it wasn't Brasil who did it. Bad calls have been made in all games, with the exception of the bald italian ref and the brasilian one, no matter what people here said. But when you have referees coming from Benin (Anyone even knows where this is?), who might be really good referees in their home turf, but have no experience in international meets, you end up with a less then great arbitration.

This World cup has, so far, been one of the best ever, with highly rated teams going out to lesser known teams. I'm only betting on this being the best World Cup since Pele first played, (Unless you're English, then it's the 1966 tournemant)
The Senegal and Korean teams have played with drive, vigour and determination, as have all the teams, except one. Brasil!
Now before you get the rest of the sack of potatoes onto your shoulder Ecoles, this is a compliment, Brasil have appeared to be on cruise control so far, the English want this win almost as much as they want the cup, but unless the Brasil team have a lacklustre performance the England team will have to work harder than they did against Argentina, and keep the ball instead of hitting long balls up to Owen and Heskey, although it is fair to say that the Brasil defence has looked somewhat shakey at times.
So whoever goes through to the next phase, will have surely earnt it, and those who don't, can still be proud of thier achievements and making this such a memorable cup.

The reason why Brasil's team takes a Simu "soon" to start playing the soccer we all expect out of them, is because they almost never have a chance to prepare for an extended period of time (2-3 months) before the games. Why you might ask? It's a simple question. Money. The teams where players like Cafu, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos and all other players that wear the colors of a team outside of Brasil, do not part with these players for friendlies and Qualifier games, because they deam these matches unworthy of the attention of these players. The reason why Brasil's team takes a Simu "soon" to start playing the soccer we all expect out of them, is because they almost never have a chance to prepare for an extended period of time (2-3 months) before the games. Why you might ask? It's a simple question. Money. Ya know...Every team screws up...And any team would probably stick up their hand to deflect what would definately be a goal otherwise....Much better to fend against a penalty kick than to have a certain goal against you.... The whole cheating sleazy aspect I can deal with...But to be that cocky and blatant about it....That just makes me wanna play football with HIS balls. Will be thrilled to spit on his grave when he finds it. Which shouldn't be long, considering the coke he snorts and the girls he screws.
