Wow what a day.
The good news is that we got in and out very safely with minimal hassle.
Bad news...I dropped my cell phone in the porta-potty. My boyfriend wanted to know why I didn't go after it and I offered him the opportunity which he declined :)
It was a glorious day and I felt truly small in that sea of humanity. Toronto is such a great city, look what we can pull off without hardly any mishaps. I'm so happy that I was there.
Anyone get pictures?

Agreed. Well done on all counts. Beautiful day, good crowd, good food, manageable beer tent lines, even the police were friendly. And I wasn't expecting AC/DC to steal the show, nice to see them having so much fun after all of the years they've been performing. Angus was hilarious :o)
No problems at all here. Got in easily, got out easily (took the long walk to the Yonge line) had a great crowd around us. Still can't get the annoying sound of people stepping on plastic water bottles out of my head though. I was with a group north of gate 2 so we had a great view of the stage, right next to a speaker tower and saved a bundle on beer since we were all high from the perpetual cloud of "smoke" in the area. Haven't seen a couple of the people we went with (holed up in the after-party hotel rooms they went to) but everyone had a blast. Even the UK and Auzzie friends / relations we had over couldn't say enough about how wonderful their visit to T.O. was.
Certainly a day to remember.

I went with my girlfriend and she and some other rather attractive young girls started heading towards the front and low and behold the crowd spread like the red sea so I just sorta grabbed onto the coat tails...or bikini top strings and went with 'em got to about 15 rows back it was pretty amazing. But I must agree that AC/DC just stole the show.
