Anyone in/around Vegas? I know of a few.. but I figured I should post since them texans have taxen over the southwest folder, when they are just barely in the south west. :)

Actually, I am from KS originally but live in DFW area. Ain't nothing really wrong with N. Texas except the seasons are all messed up and people don't know how to drive properly

I like Texas... have relatives there. and that big water park slitterbaugn or however you spell it is totally awesome. But... I dont really consider it southwest. more like plain old middle.. maybe even just west of middle, but not part of the southwest, or midwest(which I think should be renamed, since its like 200 years out of date anyways). Aren't you all in mountain time? or does it depend and half of you are central and the rest mountain? :)

As dumb as that motto is at times...It might actually be true. Went to grocery store in a relatively small town last time I was in TX...Now...I love my wine in a box....GO FRANZIA!....Cept I've never seen it in anything but three litre boxes. Not in TX....5 litres of cheap stupor....Course...Wasn't staying long enough to ENJOY five litres of crap wine....But it was nice to look at.

Hmm, Nevada. Ain't there a west folder or something for that state? Or better yet, just give us our own folder, Players from Texas. ;) I'll be home (Canyon Lake) on Vacation in May/June, but I'll already be in Missouri when the Con starts. Planning on being in DFW the weekend before to hit Scarbrorough, 31 May. Who's going to the faire?

Ha! Arizona has you people beat, we've got no DST, so half the year we're the same time zone as California, half the time the same as New Mexico! How many states do you know that MOVE? (Yeah, okay, 2 others. Fine. :-p )
