I enjoy these programs, yes I know they are fairly mainstream. Anyway, two are on showtime, US of Tara and Nurse Jackie, Then I like to watch Hell's Kitchen with Gordan Ramsey, sometimes, he used to have a program on BBC. The subjects are not original or especially thought-provoking. I suppose I am guilty of being occasionally easily amused and having not the highest of standards for entertainment at times.

Gordon Ramsay rocks. Depending on the program, he can come across as a jerk, but he's really very compassionate and just cares a lot about quality. He kind of plays that up for American audiences, and I'll admit that I enjoy that when it comes to things like Hell's Kitchen or the US version of Kitchen Nightmares, though I prefer the BBC version of the latter.

The UK Hell's Kitchens with Ramsay and Marco Pierre White (not the one with Gary Rhodes) were incredible.

Agreed. I almost forgot about those; I haven't seen them in awhile.

Yes! Marco was awesome. He's such a rock star. I also noticed that Ramsey did a cooked egg challenge ala Marco on last weeks Hell's Kitchen.

Unfortunately I didn't start watching till the newer series, with Christopher Eccleston. I keep meaning to go back and watch the older ones but Netflix doesn't make it easy to get a proper order.

David Tennant is my favorite Doctor, of those I watched but Christopher Eccleston is a close second.

When I started watching, they were showing reruns starting with Jon Pertwee, the third doctor and then I got to see first runs around Tom Baker who of course with his scarf of many, many, many, (did I say many?) bands of colors was my favorite. I do need to knit me that scarf one day!

When I was a kid I of course loved Tom Baker, and K9. I think I had a teen crush on Peter Davidson. I haven't watched in ages but I did DVR all of the new doc and haven't gotten to watching it yet.
