When do you NOT tease me Smeggers?? The drink thing holds, just don't pass out in the suites...you'll wake up made up like a vegas showgirl.
Once you attend a Vegascon, you always want to go back!
I am so ready to get to Vegas! I got the roster all done and the name tags all printed out this last weekend. I've got a billion things rolling around in my mind I have to get done beforehand ::flails::. I'm gonna be really ready to drink!
Anyone have last minute questions before I head out Wednesday morning?

How do we find the suite? Is there a suite number yet or floor number yet?

Yes. Without giving away the little...erm...surprise activity at the WM meeting...I've got 2 questions.
1) Did you pick up the item we discussed? I'll be getting the rest of the necessary items tomorrow, so I just need to know if the "main ingredient" is taken care of.
2) Do you happen to know about how many WM's will be in attendance? I need a rough estimate for the [edited] and the glue and stuff.

Registration at the door for those who didn't sign up early. There will be people there to give you a registration packet which has the schedule of events, who is in charge of what and your name badge and pouch.
Thursday, after 4:00pm, we will have the suite open and ready. You can stop by the front desk or call them to ask them what Suite #'s they assigned to us. We will have two suites across the hall from each other. The smaller one is for smokers. The larger two bedroom one will be the main suite with the bar and most the activities.
Gulph, there are only 10 Warrior Mage on my roster. I'm gonna just plan for 15, to be safe (In case someone just shows up). Should be an easy meeting. I will be getting the stuff today. If there is anything else you think we might need we can get it down there. I'll bribe Shawn or Chris Ann into driving me to Wal-Mart. Fen stole our idea about the Rangers...you know what I'm talking about. Please be sure to kick him.

The IM will be up for a few more hours, then its going down. Just have it up for right now because we are at Taffei's daughter's house and her DSL isnt nearly as cranky as Dad's, I was able to get the router up and running and have 24 hours of online time with my laptop.
But tonight we head back to Amarillo and get a hotel room, much easier than hitting the road at 230 am (and hoping I dont fall asleep at the wheel) just so we can be at the airport by 6am in order to get a decent seating call number (damned Southwest, I usually avoid them but they had a decent rate for a nonstop flight).
