I saw there was a (very) small one last year that I missed because I only sporadically play DR. Even though I've been gone for so long and play so sporadically the last 15 years and am so anti-social that I don't even really know anyone that plays DR anymore, I live in Vegas and a Vegascon as an adult would be fun. I've only ever been to one gaming convention in my life, the first Vegascon in 1999(when I was 18).
Vegascon has always been a for the players by the players kind of con, which means someone needs to step up to "host" it and/or arrange things like which dates, hotel, where do people meet, is there a conspace, etc...
Last year, Shenney and I thought it would be fun to bring it back alive but I don't think we'll have time to do so this year. That said, if you're interested in there being a Vegascon you're welcome to take over!
