So it figures, I finally want to buy something from Surlaenis, and the shop is closed.
Any info on why this one is closed or if/when it will re-open?

People could buy scrolls for X plats and get a random spell when they scribed it into a spellbook.
I suppose they closed it because of that. Although not sure why they don't just turn the items off that way the rest of the shop could still be accessed. (Especially since it's the open shop that sells a 48 mana armband.)
