Muspar'i isn't a province so ye cannot become a citizen, but ye can become a citizen of Therengia. And I agree it is a beautiful city.

I feel since you can become a citizen on Aesry AND Ratha, there is no reason one cannot become a citizen of the MAIN Theren area (Theren Keep area, Lang, and Haven) and the Muspar'i area (Muspar'i and the other name escapes me at the moment) agreed they are part of the same province, but travel time is significant enough.

The word now is that Aesry and Ratha are two separate governments, hence the reason one can become a citizen of each.

Well....Muspar'i has it's own king, and is VERY seprate from any Therengian government, what with the whole 'Im the Baron and I don't want anyone to go to Muspar'i, wahh' fiasco. Heh. So one should be able to become a citizen of Muspar'i. Perhaps that aspect simply hasn't been put in quite yet, since stuff is still currently being added to the city.
