I am thouroughly disgusted with mriss and want to cancel my citizenship,how do I do that?
you have to go to the citizenship office on that island to do so.
that goes for anyplace you want to change allegiance for.
you ask them about citizen and the reply will give you the answer. It does cost double to cancel, but then no more.
there is also a certain time until you can declare for a different island/province.
my paladin did it tho <he changed from Ilithi to Therengia>--so it can be done!
