i was wondering how do i add a citizen title to my name. I thought it was an affiliation title, I do not see that option when i type <title affiliation list>. was just curious as to what i was doing wrong.

Yay! I know this one. (But only because I assisted in game and a kindly GH told me recently when I was having the same problem.)
Go to your local citzen office and "ask clerk about title" twice. And poof, you should have it listed in your affiliation titles. Of course you also need to be a citizen, but I assume you already are.
