why can't you go on these barges inviso

both sandbarges are free, so its not like yer trying to skip out of paying anything.

when you wish to go somewhere incognito, there is no way to do so without either coming out of rf or khri or waiting for the inviso rings to wear off. thats not conducive to being sneaky and such.
